Speaker Bio:
Kym Dildine joined the Central California Food Bank team in June of 2012 as the Director of Development. In that time, Kym has built a successful fundraising team, increasing annual funding by 25% and expanding services from a three county to five county service area. In July of 2016 she was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer and leads the development and marketing, finance and inventory as well as the human resources departments in that role. In June of 2020 Kym was promoted to co-Chief Executive Officers, sharing the role with her colleague Natalie Caples. Kym has a passion and vision for a hunger free Central California. Her leadership in anti-hunger work has been nationally and internationally recognized as Kym has been a speaker for the United Nations on food insecurity in the United States. Kym is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a BA in Sociology and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business. In 2019 Kym was named an Outstanding Alumni/Women in Leadership honoree.
