I am a registered nurse with more than 35 years experience in acute hospital care. My passion to help women achieve optimal health and wellness drove me to transition to a new avenue of nursing - nurse coaching. I help women 35+ who are struggling through their menopause journey, dealing with chronic health issues or navigating through their busy, stressful lives. I help them create a vision for their future, to explore self-limiting beliefs that prevent them from stepping into their best life, and through lifestyle modification, whole food nutrition and high quality supplementation we co-create goals to help them feel empowered and to achieve the best version of themselves regardless of what stage and situation in life.

The Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce (FCWCC) was originally established as a committee within an organization. Women served on some committees but were not allowed to hold office and did not have voting privileges.  MORE
