Melanie
Warner became a professional at sales and marketing when she was two,
as she relentlessly persuaded her parents to give her candy. She still
does not take “no” for an answer. At 15, she became a professional
radio host with her local radio station by convincing the program director
to hire her. By 19, she had a marketing company, sang back up with a
famous Elvis impersonator, worked as an actress and model in Hollywood,
and was fluent in French. By 22, she started The Hollywood Monthly magazine
in Los Angeles and became CEO of Cactus Media Group, Inc. Today, Warner
is the publisher and editor of Fresno Magazine and Inside Fresno. She
is currently writing the book Lunch with a Millionaire with interviews
and inspiring stories from the most influential people in American business
today. In her free time, she is also a motivational speaker and real
estate investor. Warner attributes sales expertise as the greatest asset
for any type of business, regardless of industry.
