Gabriela Gonzalez brings that same ground-level impact through civil engineering, designing transportation systems across California while leading mentorship initiatives for women in the field. Annalisa Perea is a lifelong Fresnan and third-generation Central Valley native with more than 15 years of experience in city planning. With a degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she has dedicated her career to building safer, stronger, and more affordable communities. Her commitment to service led to her election as Trustee for the State Center Community College District before continuing her work on the Fresno City Council, where she focuses on public safety, housing, infrastructure, and community engagement.

Gabriela Gonzalez is a civil engineer specializing in transportation and roadway design, with experience supporting infrastructure projects that improve mobility, safety, and community connectivity throughout California. She is actively involved in professional leadership through the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), where she serves in chapter leadership supporting mentorship, professional development, and industry collaboration. Gabriela is passionate about advancing women in engineering and creating meaningful community impact.

    Gabriela & Annalisa

Gabriela and Annalisa are married and proud moms raising their family in Fresno, including their preteen son and 11-month-old twins. Together, they are passionate about service, community, and creating a future where all families feel seen, supported, and able to thrive. YOU choose the date, time and location and fellow members will come to you!

When you host a Member Connect we will create an event on our FCWCC website event page and on our Facebook Page. We will also advertise your Member Connect in our Member Connect newsletter that will be emailed to all our members.
